Description

The HIP4082IPZ is an advanced H-Bridge N-Channel MOSFET driver IC designed to control four MOSFETs in full-bridge or half-bridge power circuits. Manufactured by Renesas Electronics (formerly Intersil), it supports bridge voltages up to 80V and provides peak gate drive currents up to 1.25A–1.4A. The IC features programmable dead-time control to prevent shoot-through in switching applications. It is ideal for motor drivers, power inverters, and switching power systems. The PDIP-16 package allows easy through-hole mounting and reliable performance in various electronic designs.
