UC3843A SMD is a high-performance fixed-frequency current-mode PWM controller designed for off-line power supplies and DC-DC converter applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 8.4V to 30V and includes built-in undervoltage lockout protection. The IC features a high-current totem-pole output capable of ±1A peak, making it suitable for driving N-channel power MOSFETs.
